Online options for fundraising
Introducing the NEW Online Fundraising Platform for Nor Cal Fundraising! This platform for selling will be available for the 2022-2023 school year! With the new school year approaching and things opening up, schools/organizations will be looking to raise money this year and also utilizing the online platform to reach more families to help participate in their fundraisers. We will still have the online option available with schools being limited to what they can and can't do.
Our online fundraising platform will give schools the opportunity to raise necessary funds without the headache of a traditional fundraiser as well as raising funds that are necessary for schools during these times. There will be No Brochures needed, No Money counting for the end of sale, and delivery to schools for free or to the customers home. We also offer hybrid fundraisers where we can work it like a catalog sale and also have the online option as well. We will also provide a virtual kickoff video for all of our families and participants so they can view the fundraising information and all the cool incentives students/participants can win by helping their school/organization during their fundraiser.
We can show you an example of what your school site would look like and even make a mock store to show how the online store operates and how participants can be informed. Register for fundraiser and app to download
To register for your schools online fundraiser, you will need to go to register.norcalfundraising.com. You will need to register using the "I know my school" tab. Once you register, you can download the MyFundR App through the apple app store or google app store. Please find and click on the app that applies to your phone to download. Below is a video tutorial on how to register for your online fundraiser.

Social Media Marketing and Text Messages

You can promote your online store by sending links through social media platforms like facebook and twitter. You can also send text messages with the link to anyone in your contact list on your cell phone. Students can keep track of all orders that come from their marketing campaigns through their page. Each order they receive from friends and family will be tallied on their total orders. Students will earn prize incentives and rewards for each sale they receive.
Customizing your own Online store
We can customize your store with whatever products you would like to offer and we do have frozen products like cookie dough and cheesecakes as well. With frozen products, schools/organizations will need to make sure that parents pick up that day since they are perishable products and need to stay cold. If schools want to add or delete categories to fit their online store, Nor Cal Fundraising can add or delete products if need be.
Guests Login for Schools
Some schools have community that would like to support the schools fundraising efforts but do not have current students/staff that work there. Schools can create their own accounts for guests to buy products and support the schools online fundraising efforts. Their orders will be delivered to the school or their home if they decide to ship to home.
Profit
Schools/Organizations will receive 40% profit from all sales. Profit from Donations are 75% profit. Profit checks will be issued back to the school/organization after the sales have been completed. We also offer a "ship to home" option for our fundraising platform that is 40% profit too. Shipping charges apply to orders being shipped to home.
Prize incentives
Schools/organizations have the opportunity to use prize incentives for students to drive sales for their online fundraising campaigns. Prize incentives are no extra cost to the sale if they decide to use them. From virtual prize incentives to prizes students will earn through the campaign, schools benefit and increase their sales by 30%-50% more profit. Schools/organizations have the option to use prizes or not its completely up to them. If students earn prizes they will receive them at the end of the campaign and will be delivered to the school/organization address during delivery. We will also ship prize incentives directly to participants home at no cost for the "Ship to Home" fundraising option. If interested in the prize programs, contact us for more details and what programs will best suit your school/organization when you sign up for the online fundraiser.
Shipping options
Schools/Organizations can have the option for free shipping to their school address to hand out to customers. This gives a option for students and parents to pick up the product for free from the school. Customers can also have their products shipped domestically to the US using UPS/Fed ex freight. Charges will apply for shipped product to students or their customers.
Ship to home only option
We will be offering schools/organizations the option to have their products ship to home as the only option for delivery as well. Delivery charges for customers will range from $13-$16. This will make it easier for schools to have their fundraising products shipped directly to their customers. The profit for this option will be 35%-40% profit and schools will receive their profit checks at the end of their campaigns.
Delivery of Product
After the sale has been completed, we will deliver the product 10-14 business days after the sale has ended. Students and customers orders will be packed by what they ordered and delivered to the school/organization address they provide. Delivery dates do vary but can be scheduled Monday-Friday. This applies to schools/organizations that want product shipped directly to school site for customer pick up.
